  Fake Friends?

  i asked my brother why my (now deceased) father never associated with many witnesses.

  he said that many (j-dubs) were phonies,.....two-faced even according to my dad.. did you ever notices witnesses to be phony, or fake friends?

  did you ever notice someone be nice to someone then bad mouth that person to you directly?.

  for those that have associates/family still in the org, do you know how many long-time witnesses feel about the recycled info?

  i can not even read the mags.

  anymore because they have not changed for 20+ years.. .

  gerrit was the keynote speaker.

  this occurred 'immediately after the tribulation of those days' (matthew 24:29), referring to the destruction of babylon the great.

  my sister-in-law is recently divorced and went to a witness online dating site.

  she mentioned that many of the witnesses specified that they wanted a white or latino only.

  of course there is nothing wrong with this (personal preference), but i found it interesting.

  we have a massive fire surrounding our community in santa clarita, ca.

  3 false comforters have called me this morning.

  they said was i and my property ok. two never asked about the family.

  The Elders came by yesterday.

  the loving elders came by and asked me to come back to the hall with my family.

  they sincerely believe that the end is near.

  these changes are evidence of it.

  New Arrangement for Assemblies

  not sure if this has been discussed, but i was recently told of a new arrangement for assembly speakers.

  i was told that the body of elders can give the reccomendation for any brother to have a part on the assembly.

  the excuse was to allow everyone the chance to teach, how loving of the gb.

  it was not until 25, some realized they were waisting their life away and made changes / df.
